To order club jerseys yourself (and not get wholesale pricing):

1. Review the images and sizing information below.
2. Download and fill out the teamsheet(s) for your order.  There is a separate team sheet for each design (You will have to save the files locally to your computer and enable editing on the spreadsheet to enable the pulldown menus.)
