2024 Texas BASS Nation Jr State Champions
Congratulations to our own Eastin Gilliland and Gunnar Freeman for winning (again!) the Texas BASS Nation Jr Championship on Cedar Creek Lake June 7-8. They will return to Bassmaster Junior National Championship to be held July 26-27 on Chickamauga Lake.

Texas BASS Nation youth and high school schedules are posted. This is for 2nd grade thru high school. Two man teams. This is the road for high school kids to qualify for the Bassmaster National Championship. They can qualify on a regional level and at the state level. All kids must be a part of a BASS Nation Club. Kids are eligible to fish one or all regions. Eighth graders can declare as youth or high school.

Lone Star Jr Bassmasters
Lone Star Jr Bassmasters is a non-profit, tax-exempt youth fishing club serving young anglers age 7 through 18 from all over north Texas. Located on the Fort Worth side of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, we fish 10 competitive bass tournament events at local lakes, sometimes reaching out 100 miles in any direction. Anglers compete for prizes in age groups 7-10, 11-14, and 15-18. We rely on volunteer boat captains to hold our events. As a club we also offer conservation/volunteer opportunities in the area. Volunteer and leadership efforts add to angler tournament points to provide scholarships at the end of each year. Supported by sponsors and donations, our membership dues are limited to $20 and we have no tournament fee.
